Terms of Service

Effective: July 24, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Agency Copilot (the "Service"), operated by the Agency Copilot team. By creating an account, connecting an integration, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Agency Copilot is a dashboard for marketing agencies. It aggregates data from Meta Ads, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and related tools you connect, and presents it in reports, queues, and analytics views.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your data and integrations

When you connect a third-party platform (Meta, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, etc.), you authorize us to fetch data from that platform on your behalf using the tokens you provide. You represent that you have the right to grant this access — including, where relevant, consent from your own clients whose data flows through the connected accounts.

You retain ownership of your data. We use it solely to operate the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful or that violates the terms of a connected platform (Meta, GoHighLevel, etc.).
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
  • Use the Service to send spam, harass, or otherwise abuse contacts pulled from your CRM.
  • Interfere with or overload our infrastructure.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party APIs (Meta, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and others). We are not responsible for outages, data errors, or policy changes originating from those platforms. If a platform revokes API access or your account with them is suspended, features that depend on that platform may become unavailable.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use of the Service is causing harm to us or other users. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy's retention schedule.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Insights and AI-generated summaries are for informational purposes only — you are responsible for verifying them before acting on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency Copilot's total liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
